Canfield’s Diet Fudge Soda 1/23/85 – Steve makes fun of Garry for wanting a trendy soda to drink. Steve calls his house and Pat Dahl answers the phone. Mike Dahl gets on the phone to talk to Steve. Steve got an article from Canfield’s PR person that Bob Greene wrote about their fudge soda. Steve introduced Bob to the fudge soda but didn’t get mentioned in the article.

More Canfield’s Diet Fudge Soda 4/8/1986 – There was a “diet fudge” controversy. Apparently Steve turned columnist Bob Greene onto the Canfield’s diet fudge flavor. Bob wrote a piece on it, and it became popular. Steve didn’t get any of the credit for bringing it to light.
