Erica Drogoszewski

Erica Drogoszewski was born in Crown Point, IN to a huge Steve Dahl fan and his lovely wife.  The oldest of five, Erica has spent her entire life doing two things; performing and organizing.  At a young age, Erica was the wrangler and would force her siblings into performances, skits and plays at every major holiday and family function.  In a way, she has been producing her entire life.  Erica has a B.F.A. in Theatre from Millikin University (a fact she constantly reminds Steve of) and has been in the entertainment business from a very young age.

After graduation, Erica landed in Chicago where the lure of the restaurant business mixed with the entertainment business drew her to the House of Blues, where she spent 6 years in the Sales and Events Department and the Foundation Room, respectively.  It was here that she worked alongside former Kevin Matthews producer, Doc Simpson, a man she misses terribly.  Erica spent 5 more years as Sales and Marketing professional and received many awards and recognitions for her performance as a sales person, event specialist and influencer in the industry. Then, she met her Dad’s idol and the man that has always made her laugh (she is a Charter Subscriber, free podcast listener, radio listener, MNF attendee, etc.), Steve Dahl.  And the rest, as they say is history…

Erica is married to Krystofer Drogoszewski  (another avid Steve Dahl Fan & Drogo from Haymarket Pub & Brewery).  She spends her free time reading, watching lots of terrible TV, and pinching herself for being so lucky as to work with the kinds of talented, energetic and all-around awesome people on this network.
