RomoI see that Ashlee Simpson and that kid with the eye makeup from Fallout Boy got married over the weekend. Apparently she’s pregnant.  I’m always surprised when guys who wear eye makeup can conceive. I wonder if Ashley remembered her vows. Her dad probably didn’t give her the opportunity to forget them, since he was performing the ceremony. I guess he must be a Universal Life Church minister just like me. I see him being long-winded. Tony Romo was there with Jessica. I wonder if she got hammered and did him in the pool house or something cool like that. I bet Tony gets it wherever and whenever he wants. Boo him all you want, Cubs fans; Tony Romo is the man.

Apparently the wedding had an Alice In Wonderland theme. I’m not really sure how that works. Does everybody put on big hats and take acid? Are the vows exchanged in a rabbit hole? Lewis Carroll wrote Alice In Wonderland, and I had a Lewis Carroll moment myself this past weekend. I went and saw The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian, and for the entire Auntie Anne's140 minutes that I was watching the movie, I thought that Lewis Carroll wrote it. Turns out Narnia was written by C.S. Lewis. Not even close. Not much of a moment. I’m an idiot.  I did like the movie a lot, and I am going to Nexflix the The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe for a mid-week viewing.

I had a fun time at Woodfield Nissan on Friday. Thanks to everyone who came out to say hi. It sure was a beautiful afternoon. Those Nissans are sharp looking cars. I didn’t have any extra time to hang out at Woodfield Mall. I was looking forward to hanging out in the food court. Turns out, they don’t have a food court at Woodfield Mall. I received an email at steve@dahl.com that informed me of that fact. I swear that I have been to a food court there, but it might have been an Auntie Anne’s pretzels with a bench to sit on out in front of it. I love those Auntie Anne’s pretzels (cinnamon and sugar) and they have the BEST lemonade. Now I want to go get a pretzel.
