Brendan and Dag independently decided to make Sunday a Funday. Brendan watched the Chicago Marathon from the 25th mile and cheered on runners. Dag lunched with a buddy, ran into his brother, caught plenty of live music, and finished things off with an ice cream cone. Tom Thayer was grateful to finally call a winning Bears game, and says that Dick Butkus was not only an all-time great storyteller, but also someone he and his teammates looked up to, and from whom they sought praise.
