Steve continued his journey into chat-based customer service, as the recent show posting problems plagued him again on Monday. There’s been resolution, but Steve fist needed to unleash some shock and awe. Charlie has an environmental warning for Grandpa Steve. Interest in the golf outing continues to mount, in fact, it’s somewhat overwhelming. Looks like it’s got to happen, but "not on the back shift".
