April 23, 2025Genius at Work
A fan spotted Steve at a restaurant over the weekend and proclaimed Steve a genius. Steve invented the term “Popemobile” but he also got in trouble for a Pope-related radio prank back in the 70s. After a bad day yesterday, Steve unwound with a rant, and even went as far as to say he wanted to return to Western Springs. Coming soon to a living room near you (and he can find his way if he gets lost): Stevie Buffet.

April 22, 2025Chasing “Next” Monday
Once again, the term/concept “next Monday” comes around to cause trouble. Steve got the date for Team Trivia wrong, but that didn’t stop him from spreading misinformation about it. He also managed to arrive late to last night’s cocktail party. Our Talk To Me Tuesday segment features couch advice for Brendan, ELO talk for Dag, Uncrustable affirmation for Steve, as well as a possible side hustle suggested by Ron Lewis, the folk troubadour’s friend.

Brendan is looking forward to his weekend gig at Zanies, where he’ll be warming up the crowd for Cozy Conversations with The Sister Project. April 10, 2025A Taxing Day
It’s been a tense stretch for the Dahls, with the upsetting news that Matt’s dog Roger ran away, after breaking loose and being hit by a car. Janet has been working Facebook to spread the word. April 7, 2025Golfs Like Ditka
Steve planned a solo afternoon golf outing, but a pair of Minnesotan’ brothers foisted themselves on him and he had no option but to join them, however briefly.
