Steve’s Apple Store adventure began with a sandwich and a haircut. He ended up purchasing a new MacBook Pro. Bat beers and Dansby Swanson made for a successful Opening Day at Wrigley Field. A misunderstanding nearly instigated a full-blown text quarrel.

Steve’s computer went to sleep last night and didn’t wake up today. Italian beef is in the slow cooker and frosty beers are in the cooler for Opening Day at Brendan’s Wrigleyville pad. The Sox are unveiling an elotes corndog at the ballpark this season.

Joe’s wife is visiting her native Spain for the next three weeks. A couple allegedly held up a Hoffman Estates bike shop. Steve dispensed deli meat advice and was rewarded with cheese. A spiral slice dream was the impetus for the Honey Baked Ham empire.

The grandchildren are viewing the animated film “Luck.” They’re having a chill day after many outdoor activities yesterday. Steve and Pat embarked on a pizza expedition to Mellow Mushroom in Estero. A drizzled aioli was an unpleasant surprise for Steve.
